Nov. 15, School Board Members Day, is our opportunity to thank the school board members of Cicero District 99 for their dedication to the district and providing Cicero residents a local voice for our community’s education decisions.

School board members serve as volunteer advocates striving for quality education opportunities for every student in District 99. These individuals take on this responsibility not for a paycheck, but for their commitment to our community and its children. 

Our school board members wear many hats — they are education leaders, policy makers, contract negotiators and budgeteers. But they are also our neighbors, our friends and District 99's biggest fans.
